About the Role

We’re seeking an organised, proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager who knows how to get things done. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — ensuring our leadership team is supported, our office runs smoothly, and our teams stay connected and focused.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the executive team
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Office & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, and vendor relationships
  • Be the friendly first contact for inbound enquiries and visitors
  • Coordinate IT setup for new hires and manage system access provisioning
  • Maintain and improve office processes and procedures

Team & Culture Activities

  • Organise engaging team events, social activities, and offsites
  • Support onboarding and set up of new hires so they feel welcome and prepared from day one
  • Coordinate internal communications and help maintain an inclusive, collaborative culture

Financial Administration

  • Support external bookkeepers with accounts payable and vendor payments
  • Support basic payroll administration and timekeeping
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For

You’ll likely have:

  • 5+ years in executive assistant, office management, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing competing priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Bonus points for: HR experience, project management skills, or experience in a fast-growing environment.
