Associate Software Engineer – Entry Level Rotation Program

Location: Office-Based and Hybrid options available at the following locations –

  • Kaunas
  • Vilnius

Position Summary:

Working alongside industry experts, you will gain practical experience, expand your skills, contribute to business success, and help Bentley advance the world’s infrastructure. Our Graduate Development Program will allow you to find the right fit at Bentley.

A Software Engineer in our Graduate Development Program will experience up to 4 different teams during a two-year rotational program where they can develop a wide array of technical skills. In addition, our program provides exposure to critical business practices and cutting-edge technology that puts you on the fast track for career growth. The Graduate Development program also integrates one-on-one mentoring and career development support to find your best fit at Bentley. Upon completion of the program, you will select a team that aligns with your skills and future career goals!

Your Day-to-Day:

The responsibilities of a Software Engineer include design, implementation, testing and support of product features:

  • Common Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python
  • Technology: Node.js, iModelHub, ASP.NET, Kubernetes, Azure Microsoft Webservices and more!

Collaborate weekly with your global colleagues, where you will support each other in relation to team goals. Expand your skillset as your responsibilities increase with each new task that connects with the overall project objective.

  • This is a full-time position expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering required or equivalent work experience
  • Internship or significant project experience developing Windows products using C# or C++
  • Exposure to JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Knowledgeable of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Passionate for programming
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt

  • Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 2300 EUR gross (before taxes) depending on knowledge and experience.
