The Role

We’re hiring a strategic, consultative salesperson who can work as an individual contributor with deep experience in agricultural investment markets. You’ll work directly with farmland asset managers, ag-focused private equity firms, and institutional investors allocating to agriculture.

Your focus: helping ag investors use CeresAI to strengthen portfolio performance, diligence, and sustainability outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with leading farmland investment firms, ag capital managers, private equity groups, and institutional allocators.
  
  
• Translate CeresAI’s intelligence into clear value across valuation, portfolio monitoring, operational due diligence, sustainability and investor reporting.
  
  
• Lead enterprise sales engagements that are consultative, analytical, and aligned with investment workflows.
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to position CeresAI as the intelligence layer for modern agricultural portfolios.
  
  
• Represent CeresAI at key investor conferences, ag investment forums, and capital market events focused on farmland.
  
  

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience selling to or working inside farmland investment, agricultural asset management, private equity, or real asset funds.
  
  
• Deep understanding of farmland as an asset class performance drivers, operator management, sustainability, portfolio building, and risk factors.
  
  
• Proven track record in consultative enterprise sales, with data or analytics products used by investment teams.
  
  
• Able to speak fluently about both field-level performance and financial outcomes.
  
  
• Strong communicator with the confidence to engage Partners, COOs, portfolio managers, and investment committees.
