Energy Dome is a company with revolutionary technology for large scale and long duration energy storage. Located in North America, reporting to the Senior Vice President, this person will manage and build the North American project pipeline, advance sales and development of customer and partner commercial opportunities, and work closely with the broader sales and project execution teams.Responsibilities: • Initiate, manage and advance commercial relationships with utilities, development partners and strategics; • Develop customer plans and chart project risks; • Structure term sheets for Equipment Supply, Tolling Agreements and JV opportunities; • Coordinate with Chief Commercial Office and Business Development; • Work with Technical Sales; • Host customer meetings; • Lead customer/partner engagement; • Manage deadlines and documentation for the North American pipeline.Qualifications: • 10+ years in business development within IPP/utility space; • Experience in North American markets (LDES, power, Oil&Gas components, renewables); • Deep market knowledge; • Excellent communication and problem-solving; • Time management; • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration; • Fluency in professional English.
