Energy Dome is a fast-growing company in the energy sector, pioneering the CO2 Battery, an innovative long-duration energy storage technology. Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by providing reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective storage solutions.To support our rapid growth, we are looking for 3 Project Engineers to join our dynamic and international team:• 1 Project Engineer (2–5 years of experience)• 2 Junior Project Engineers (recent graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience)We are looking for motivated engineers with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Fluency in English is required.Key Responsibilities:• Plan and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targets;• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality) and external stakeholders;• Monitor project progress and provide status and risk reporting;• Manage suppliers and ensure contract compliance and timely delivery;• Support quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits;• Organize project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders;• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including site activities when requiredRequired Qualifications:• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy Engineering;• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering;• Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID;• Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar);• Knowledge of engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.);• Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioning;• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;• Fluent English and Fluent ItalianRole location:This role is located in Milan’s office, on site.What We Offer:• The opportunity to work on one of the most innovative energy storage technologies in the world;• A dynamic and international environment• Strong professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company;• Buoni pasto, welfareCompensation:• Project Engineer: €40,000 – €50,000 gross annual salary• Junior Project Engineer: €35,000 – €40,000 gross annual salaryEnergy Dome is an equal opportunity employer.
