Hiring a Project Finance Manager to support structuring and execution of financing for utility-scale/commercial LDES assets. Role sits at the intersection of finance, commercial contracting, and project development. Key Responsibilities: execute project finance (debt/equity/tax-driven/hybrid); structure SPVs and security packages; build/maintain integrated models (IRR/MOIC, waterfalls, sensitivities); model revenue structures; support valuations; support documentation (term sheets, lender/investor packages, IC materials); coordinate diligence; manage data rooms and lender Q&A; align EPC/LTSA/O&M/offtake with bankability; support negotiations; track milestones (RTB/NTP/COD); management reporting. Required: 2–4 years project finance; strong modeling; knowledge of EPC/O&M/security packages/DSCR/CPs; strong communication; Excel/PowerPoint.
