Key Responsibilities: execute project finance (debt/equity/tax-driven/hybrid); structure SPVs and security packages; build/maintain integrated models (IRR/MOIC, waterfalls, sensitivities); model revenue structures; support valuations; support documentation (term sheets, lender/investor packages, IC materials); coordinate diligence; manage data rooms and lender Q&A; align EPC/LTSA/O&M/offtake with bankability; support negotiations; track milestones (RTB/NTP/COD); management reporting.
