Energy Dome is a leading LDES company commercializing the CO2 Battery. We are hiring a Project Finance Manager to support structuring and execution of financing across a portfolio of utility-scale and commercial assets, enabling build-transfer and BOO deployments globally.Key Responsibilities: Project finance execution • Support end-to-end execution (debt, equity, tax-driven structures, hybrids); • Assist with SPV structures, financing terms and security packages. Financial modeling • Build/maintain integrated PF models (construction + operations), IRR/MOIC, cash waterfalls, sensitivities/scenarios; • Model revenues (tolling/capacity/availability/merchant/contracted offtakes); • Support valuations for asset sales/minority stakes/build-transfer. Documentation/diligence • Support term sheets, lender/investor packages, IC materials; • Coordinate diligence (technical, insurance, legal, commercial); • Manage data room and lender Q&A. Stakeholder coordination • Align EPC, LTSA, O&M, offtake/tolling with bankability; • Support negotiations with lenders/tax partners/investors. Portfolio/reporting • Track financing readiness (RTB, NTP, COD) and dashboards; • Support management/board updates.Required Qualifications: • 2–4 years in project/infrastructure finance/debt; • Strong modeling (PF/cash flow waterfalls/debt schedules/sensitivities); • Knowledge of EPC/O&M/security package/DSCR/CPs; • High attention to detail and multi-workstream management; • Strong written/verbal skills for investor/lender contexts; • Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.Preferred: • Energy storage/dispatchable gen/renewables/grid experience; • Exposure to US tax credits (ITC/PTC), tax equity, or European infra debt; • Familiarity with lender TA processes; • Multijurisdiction transactions; • Strong commercial instincts.Featured benefits: Medical insurance; 401(k); Pension plan.
