About the Role: Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of civil and structural works supporting innovative energy storage technologies, within a highly dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures. Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards. Active involvement in R&D (Research & Development) activities, including the evaluation of innovative structural solutions and design optimization. Review and verification of structural calculations produced by contractors and suppliers, including assessment of design assumptions, FEM models, and results. Collaboration with internal teams (process, mechanical, construction) and coordination with external consultants. Technical support during detailed engineering phases and, when required, during construction activities.Requirements Masters degree in Civil Engineering (structural specialization preferred); At least 2-5 years of professional experience in structural engineering, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects; Strong knowledge of FEM models; Proven experience in reviewing and validating third-party structural calculations; Good knowledge of structural design standards (Eurocodes, American standards); Fluent English, both written and spoken; Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and technical autonomy; Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-evolving environment.
