Energy Dome seeks an Engineering Director to lead the global Engineering function (Process, Mechanical &amp; Equipment, Electrical, Automation &amp; Controls, Piping &amp; Layout, Drafting). This strategic leadership role ensures coherence, quality, and efficiency of engineering outputs and interfaces with Operations, Project Delivery, Product/Technology, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership. Responsibilities include engineering governance and delivery, standards, cross-functional coordination, EPC/EPCM partner support, and continuous improvement. Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, 8+ years in Engineering Management within EPC/EPCM or similar, fluency in English and Italian, and on-site presence in Milan. Remuneration: €85,000–€105,000 + bonus and benefits.
