Energy Dome is commercializing long-duration energy storage using a thermo-mechanical CO2-based process. We are seeking an Engineering Director to lead our global Engineering function and drive the execution and evolution of our technology.Role overview: Lead all engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical &amp; Equipment, Electrical, Automation &amp; Controls, Piping &amp; Layout, Drafting) ~30 professionals.Key Responsibilities include: Leadership &amp; Organizational Management; Engineering Governance &amp; Delivery; Cross-Functional Coordination &amp; Executive Liaison; Global Project Support &amp; EPC logic; Innovation and Continuous Improvement.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering; • 8+ years in Engineering Management (EPC/EPCM, power generation, storage, renewables, industrial plants, oil &amp; gas); • Proven multidisciplinary team leadership; • Strong EPC workflows and governance knowledge; • Excellent leadership and stakeholder skills; • Fluent in English and Italian; • On-site in Milan; • International travel availability.Role location: Milan office, on site. Remuneration: €85,000–€105,000 gross annual salary, plus variable bonus and benefits.
