Seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support Operations, taking responsibility for the first plant in Sardinia and contributing to maintenance processes and Operations infrastructure for future sites. Key Responsibilities: define/update Maintenance Plan; perform Maintenance Engineering analyses; supervise on-site maintenance; coordinate contractors; manage spare parts and inventory; support predictive maintenance; collaborate cross-functionally; contribute to CMMS. Role requires regular presence at Ottana site (Sardinia) ~3 days/week. Requirements: degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or technical diploma + plant experience; hands-on maintenance/site experience; knowledge of maintenance methodologies; ability to coordinate contractors; good English.
