Energy Dome is developing revolutionary technology for long-duration energy storage. We seek a Maintenance Engineer to support our first plant in Sardinia, working closely with the Maintenance Manager and contributing to maintenance processes and Operations infrastructure for future sites.Key Responsibilities: • Define and update Maintenance Plan (preventive/corrective/predictive); • Perform Maintenance Engineering (analyze operational data, corrective/improvement actions); • Supervise on-site maintenance; • Coordinate external contractors; • Manage/optimize spare parts and materials; • Support predictive maintenance; • Cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, HSE); • Contribute to CMMS implementation.Note: Regular presence at the Ottana site (Sardinia), about three days per week. Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or technical diploma with strong plant experience; • Hands-on experience in maintenance/site/supervision; • Knowledge of maintenance methodologies; • Basic understanding of industrial systems and safety; • Contractor coordination; • Data/KPI analysis and digital tools; • Strong organization and problem-solving; • Availability for regular travel to Sardinia; • Good English.
