Energy Dome is a fast-growing company pioneering the CO2 Battery. Reporting to the Procurement Team Lead and working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality and Expediting, the Senior Buyer will manage global procurement activities with a focus on US suppliers.Purpose: Manage procurement for strategic materials/services ensuring quality, competitive costs, on-time deliveries, and compliance.Key Responsibilities: • Own the purchasing process end-to-end; • Conduct contract/commercial negotiations, secure favorable conditions; • Identify/qualify new suppliers (national/international); • Ensure accurate/timely orders and deadlines; • Manage supplier relationships across the lifecycle; • Collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, PM, Expediting).Requirements: • Degree in Engineering/Economics/Supply Chain or related; • 4+ years as Buyer/Senior Buyer (industrial/technical/mechanical/plant contexts); • International supplier management; • Experience with complex EPC tenders (Energy or O&G) is a plus; • Strong negotiation/communication (Italian and English); • Effective cross-functional work; • Methodical, action/results-oriented under tight deadlines. Remuneration: €55,000–€60,000 gross annual salary, plus variable bonus and benefits. Note: Some travel to Boston office required.
