About the Role: We are seeking a Static Equipment Engineering Leader, responsible for overseeing and managing engineering activities related to static equipment such as heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, and other static components. Goal: ensure all static equipment is designed and manufactured according to project specification, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities (excerpt) Lead the static engineering team; review/approve drawings, calculation analyses (by formula or FEA), and compliance; perform preliminary mechanical calculations (min thickness, nozzle loads, civil input); collaborate cross-functionally; develop/verify technical specifications; oversee vendors RFQs/technical alignment/design review/final approvals; troubleshoot during design/installation/maintenance; maintain documentation and reports; participate in FAT/inspections/SAT supporting QA/QC and construction.Qualifications: Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 8+ years in design/technical management of static/pressure equipment (boilers/vessels/heat exchangers); knowledge of ASME Section VIII (Div1/Div2), EN 13445, TEMA, API, PED/ASME directives; familiarity with FEA tools or calc software (PVElite/Compress) a plus; strong problem-solving/communication; fluent in English; travel availability; prior boiler/pressure vessel shop experience preferred.Remuneration: 65,000 85,000 gross annual salary + variable and benefits.
