We are seeking a Static Equipment Engineering Leader to oversee engineering for static equipment (heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, other static components), ensuring designs and manufacturing meet project specs, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the static engineering team; • Review/approve drawings, mechanical analyses (by formula/FEA), and compliance; • Perform preliminary mechanical calculations; • Cross-department collaboration; • Develop/verify technical specs and project requirements; • Oversee vendor RFQs, technical alignment, design reviews, and approvals; • Troubleshoot during design/installation/maintenance; • Maintain technical documentation and reports; • Participate in FAT, inspections, and site acceptance, supporting QA/QC and construction.Qualifications: • Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; • 8+ years in design/technical management of static/pressure equipment; • Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII (Div 1/2), EN 13445, TEMA, API, PED/ASME directives; • FEA/calculation software familiarity (PVElite, Compress) a plus; • Strong problem-solving/communication; • Dynamic environment adaptability; • Fluent in English; • Occasional travel; • Boiler/pressure vessel shop experience preferred.Remuneration: €65,000–€85,000 gross annual salary, plus variable bonus and benefits.
