We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead full-scope EPC projects from development through commissioning and handover. Location: Milan based with frequent global travel. Responsibilities: full P&amp;L; lead projects from permitting to handover; align development/engineering/procurement/construction/commissioning; coordinate all engineering disciplines; oversee site construction and HSE compliance; manage commissioning and handover; manage contracts and stakeholders; risk and financial management. Requirements: 10+ years EPC delivery in energy/industrial/infrastructure; full lifecycle leadership; construction management; multidisciplinary subcontractor management; strong contractual knowledge; willingness to travel. Compensation: €90,000–€110,000 RAL + variable + stock options + allowances.
