Role based in Milan with very frequent international travel.Role overview: Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for industrial-scale plants; ensure safe commissioning, testing, validation, and handover per contractual guarantees.Key responsibilities: Commissioning strategy and planning; on-site execution and coordination; technical oversight (review P&amp;IDs, logic, configs; troubleshoot; oversee performance testing); interface management; documentation and handover.Requirements: 8–12+ years commissioning industrial plants/power/infrastructure; strong EPC background; startup/troubleshooting; coordinate subcontractors/site teams; mechanical/electrical/controls integration; travel availability; engineering degree.What we offer: Technical ownership; lead cutting-edge projects; competitive compensation with base, variable, stock options, and travel/site allowances.
