Energy Dome seeks an experienced Project Director to lead full-scope EPC projects from development through commissioning and handover. Location: Milan-based with frequent global travel; reports to COO.Role overview: Full P&amp;L responsibility; lead projects from permitting/pre-construction to commissioning/handover; align development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning; primary escalation point.Key responsibilities: Coordinate all engineering disciplines; ensure technical coherence; lead design reviews, risk/value engineering; oversee construction/site management and HSE; manage commissioning and performance verification; contract and stakeholder management; risk and financial control.Requirements: 10+ years EPC delivery in energy/power/industrial/infrastructure; lifecycle leadership; construction management; multidisciplinary subcontractor management; commissioning/startup background; contract frameworks (EPC/EPCm/multi-lot); international experience; Engineering degree; proficient/native English; 30% travel.Compensation: €90,000–€110,000 RAL + variable + stock options + travel/site allowances.
