About the Role: As we expand our international footprint, we are strengthening our project execution capabilities and are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead full-scope EPC projects from development through commissioning and handover.Key Responsibilities (excerpt) Full P&L responsibility; lead through all phases; ensure alignment across functions; escalation point. Coordinate/supervise engineering disciplines; ensure technical coherence; design reviews; risk assessments; value engineering; embed constructability and commissioning readiness. Oversee on-site activities; supervise EPC contractors/subcontractors; monitor progress; manage change orders; resolve site issues; ensure milestones. Lead commissioning strategy/execution; testing/validation/performance verification; documentation and client handover; meet contractual guarantees.Compensation: $170,000 $220,000 gross annual salary + performance variable; stock options; travel/site allowances.
