Energy Dome seeks an Engineering Director to lead the global Engineering function (~30 professionals across Process, Mechanical &amp; Equipment, Electrical, Automation &amp; Controls, Piping &amp; Layout, Drafting).Role overview: Strategic, managerial, cross-functional leadership; ensure coherence, quality, and efficiency of engineering outputs and act as liaison with Operations, Project Delivery, Product/Technology, Supply Chain, and Executives.Key responsibilities: Leadership &amp; org management; governance &amp; delivery (standards, QC, cost/schedule/quality); cross-functional coordination and executive liaison; global project support with EPC/EPCM partners; innovation and continuous improvement.Required qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering; 8+ years in Engineering Management (EPC/EPCM/power/energy storage/industrial); managed multidisciplinary teams and lifecycle engineering packages; deep EPC workflows; excellent leadership/communication; fluent English &amp; Italian; on-site in Milan; international travel.Remuneration: €85,000–€105,000 gross + variable bonus + benefits; “Dirigenza” level commensurate with experience.
