About the Role: As we expand our footprint in the United States, we are strengthening our commercial development platform and are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of front-of-the-meter projects across key US markets. The role is hybrid and can be based anywhere in the US, with travel as required by project needs.Role Overview: Fully accountable for advancement of utility-scale energy projects in the US, from early-stage site identification through permitting, interconnection, and Financial Close / Ready-to-Build status.Key Responsibilities (excerpt)Full Lifecycle Project Development: Originate/advance opportunities; lead from site control through permitting/interconnection to FC/RTB; own schedules, budgets, risk registers.Interconnection & ISO Engagement: Lead interconnection strategy and applications (e.g., ERCOT, SPP, PJM, CAISO); coordinate studies/consultants; optimize positioning in ISO processes.Permitting & Stakeholder Management: Lead permitting strategy; primary POC for authorities/landowners/community; manage environmental assessments and mitigations; proactively resolve risks.Commercial & Financial Structuring: Support commercial strategy; contribute to business cases/models; support negotiation of key agreements; prepare projects for investment decision and FC.What We Offer: Base salary $150,000 $190,000 + performance-based variable; stock options; travel allowances.
