Energy Dome designs, builds, owns, and operates utility-scale energy infrastructure. We seek an experienced Project Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of front-of-the-meter projects across key US markets. Hybrid role, can be based anywhere in the US.Role overview: Advance projects from early site ID through permitting, interconnection, and Financial Close/RTB; own schedules, budgets, and risks; align milestones with corporate pipeline targets.Key responsibilities: Origination/greenfield/co-dev; interconnection strategy and ISO engagement (ERCOT/SPP/PJM/CAISO etc.); permitting and stakeholder management; commercial/financial structuring; cross-functional leadership and reporting.Requirements: 5–10+ years US utility-scale development with personal ownership to FC/RTB; ISO interconnection familiarity; land/permitting/community engagement; multi-stakeholder experience; Bachelor’s in Engineering/Economics/Energy.What we offer: Base $150,000–$190,000 + variable + stock options + travel allowances.
