Responsible for full lifecycle of construction site from mobilization to demobilization. Ensure safety, budget, schedule, quality, HSE standards. Lead multidisciplinary site team and coordinate with PM and Commissioning. Tasks: site setup, HSE implementation, QA/QC, scheduling, supervise contractors, manage handovers between phases, manage NCs and punch list, documentation, reporting. Technical requirements: Eng. degree (Civil/Mech/Elec), 5+ yrs site supervision, HSE/QA/QC familiarity, coordination, scheduling tools, fluent Italian/English, 90% travel.
