Energy Dome develops and deploys long-duration energy storage systems based on a proprietary CO₂-based technology. The company offers the CO₂ Battery, a closed thermodynamic system that stores electricity by manipulating carbon dioxide between its gaseous and liquid states. This process enables storage and dispatch of renewable energy over long periods without degradation, supporting grid stability and flexibility. The system operates using standard industrial components and does not rely on rare or hazardous materials, making it scalable and resource-efficient. Energy Dome’s solution is designed to be cost-effective and suitable for integration with renewable energy sources like solar and wind. The technology supports the global transition to a decarbonized energy infrastructure by addressing the intermittency challenges of renewables.
