Responsibilities: advocacy in stakeholder processes, monitor/influence rulemakings, develop positions, prepare comments/proposals/briefings, relationship-building; policy analysis on RA/capacity, interconnection, transmission planning/cost allocation, ancillary services, reliability, price formation; commercial support and due diligence; represent company at industry events. Requirements: BA/BS, ~3–5 yrs in energy markets/policy, US wholesale markets, FERC, ISO engagement, strong comms/analysis.
