Focus on EPC/equipment supply/services/subcontracts, risk allocation (liability, LDs, warranties), bids/negotiations, change orders/claims, corporate/governance/compliance, financing documentation, templates/playbooks, external counsel management, training. Requirements: JD, active US bar, 8+ yrs complex commercial/project transactions, EPC/energy/infrastructure background, strong negotiation and judgment. Compensation: $180k–$220k + bonus, stock, full benefits.
