Responsibilities: analyze IRPs/reliability studies; track accreditation methodologies (ELCC etc.); assess impacts on economics and participation; review production cost/capacity expansion models; develop policy positions; support ISO/RTO initiatives; engage with utilities/regulators; develop technical comments/briefings. Requirements: BA/BS (engineering/econ/energy systems/policy), 2–5 yrs utility planning/markets/RA; ISO knowledge; strong quantitative skills; excellent communication.
