Requirements: 15+ yrs top-performing enterprise sales, scale BD functions, manage complex multi-year infrastructure/energy projects, $bn project value experience, strong technical acumen, recruit/lead senior BD, strategic pipeline building. Compensation: Base $350k–$450k + 20% MBO + stock options + benefits.
