POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Process Innovation Manager will leverage their expertise in enterprise systems and business strategy to enhance productivity and communication at Qcells North America. The Process Innovation Manager will work closely with various business units and IT service providers to develop optimal solutions for short-term and long-term system enhancements, bug fixes, change implementations, and translating functional requirements into technical specifications. This role is based in Irvine CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze current SCM business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and professional business expertise.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP ERP and business systems that improve business processes.
  • Enhance training and operational procedures to increase business efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and oversee the implementation IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Evaluate IT infrastructure and capabilities, identifying and facilitating cost-effective improvements.
  • Adhere to IT Applications change management processes, including tracking and confirming changes across systems.
  • Act as a liaison between departmental end-users and technical teams in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing, and maintenance of assigned SAP business system modules to ensure optimal integration and performance.
  • Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for information technology implementation.
  • Ensure the successful integration of SAP ERP with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of SAP advancements and best practices, recommending upgrades or new solutions as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements for SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Travel required up to 10%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working with ERP systems, including hands-on experience with ERP SCM modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, etc.)
  • Korean Bilingual required
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing business systems analysis.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP business processes and functions (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash)
  • Knowledge of IT audit, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, ITGC) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and report writing.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
