POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Ensure that approved priorities are executed effectively, translating strategic decisions into structured project and program plans, and delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and with controlled risk. This position reports to the Head of Portfolio Management Team and or other senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based out of San Francisco, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own execution governance for all approved projects and programs
- Shift the organization from status reporting to proactive risk and issue management
- Establish consistent execution cadence:
- Weekly / bi-weekly reviews
- Risk, issue, and dependency tracking
- Convert approved demands into:
- Clearly defined projects or programs
- Scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies - Ensure alignment between:
- Business objectives
- Technical execution plans
- External partner deliverables
- Coordinate execution across:
- Product
- Engineering
- Operations
- Business teams - Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives including:
- Biz modules
- Infra platforms (CRM, ERP, Data)
- Functional products
- Consolidation initiatives
- Oversee daily operational ticket flows and KPI tracking
- Ensure clear separation but smooth integration between:
- Project execution
- Daily operational requests - Monitor resolution rates, bottlenecks, and delivery risks
- Provide structured reporting to:
- Executives (monthly)
- Leadership (bi-weekly)
- Internal teams (weekly) - Ensure visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Information Systems, Social Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Over 10 years of work experience in project, program, or delivery management
- Strong background in enterprise-scale project and program governance
- Proven experience managing:
- Cross-functional teams
- External vendors and partners - Deep understanding of:
- Project lifecycle management
- Risk, issue, and dependency management - Excellent communication, escalation, and decision-tracking skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
- Experience running enterprise PMO or delivery units
- Hands-on experience with Jira and integrated ticketing systems
- Experience managing complex platform, infra, or consolidation programs

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
