POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the Go-to-Market Project Manager at Hanwha Q CELLS America, you will assist with the planning, executing, tracking, and reporting of our go-to-market release and deployment of new products and help to integrate various components such as Inverters, Batteries, MLPEs and other software applications into a seamless system level solution. This position is expected to manage the overall schedule of commercialization efforts and be the interface between product management, software development, QA, hardware engineering, field testing, sales, and marketing, ensuring all go-to-market deliverables are completed on schedule. This position reports to Director of Product Strategy or another senior management member. This position can be based in the Santa Clara, CA, or San Francisco, CA, offices. The position requires up to 20% travelling (international and domestic).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, market expansions, and growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage comprehensive, cross-functional GTM project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Align go-to-market execution with company strategy and sales plans, incorporating competitive insights and market feedback to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Sales Planning, Development, Customer Support & Engineering, and Operations
  • Define launch goals, target audiences, positioning milestones, and success metrics in partnership with leadership
  • Track launch readiness across messaging, content, pricing, training, sales collateral, and operational processes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive resolution
  • Facilitate recurring launch meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Ensure sales and customer-facing teams are fully prepared with training, materials, and tools
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for launches
  • Monitor post-launch performance and lead retrospective reviews to capture insights and optimize future launches
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and organizational performance
  • Take assignments with a sense of urgency; deliver solutions and results in a timely manner; can-do mentality, pro-active working attitude, and hands-on approach.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in program management and reporting is required.
  • Strong communication skills with teammates, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Project or program management utilizing variety of tools.
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong professional integrity and sense of ownership of assignments.
  • Self-motivation requires minimum supervision and has a proven track record of reliability and work ethic.
  • Good business acumen; strong sense of technical issues, customer service, and business result relationships.
  • Flexible, team-player, attention-to-detail, pro-active, and responsible working attitudes.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
