Your mission

As part of our Carbon Credit Sales team, you’ll drive revenue growth by winning new customers and building long-term partnerships. You’ll lead complex B2B sales processes end-to-end and translate our carbon credit solutions into clear, strategic value for clients.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, building relationships, navigating complexity, closing meaningful deals and wants their targets to align with real-world climate impact.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and grow a high-value B2B pipeline (non-food industries), from first outreach to signed contract.

  • Develop and execute structured outbound strategies; maintain clear reporting and CRM discipline.

  • Lead consultative discovery conversations and position Klim as a strategic partner for sustainability and ESG goals.

  • Guide pricing, risk and contract negotiations with confidence.

  • Collaborate closely with product, certification, finance, marketing and customer success teams.

  • Stay up to date on carbon markets and standards (e.g. SBTi, Verra, CCP, CRCF).

  • Represent Klim at industry events and conferences.

Your profile

  • Business-ready fluency in German (at least C1) and English is a requirement!

  • Ideally based in or near Berlin.

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B new business role, closing deals end-to-end.

  • Strong outbound experience and a track record of managing complex, high-trust sales cycles (including six-figure deals).

  • Confident in structured sales methodologies (ideally MEDDPICC) and disciplined CRM usage.

  • Collaborative, driven and motivated by building a high-impact business.

  • A plus: experience in carbon markets or environmental policy.
