As we continue to grow, we're hiring for a proactive, organised and creative Fixed Term Contract Marketing Assistant to join our Commercial team and help bring Matter’s story to life.

You’ll support a broad range of marketing activities, from creating engaging content and coordinating events to showcasing customer success and strengthening Matter’s brand. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll play a key role in bringing our story to life and supporting our mission.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Duration: 6 month Fixed Term Contract (December '26 to May '27)
Hours: 40 hour working week
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £28,810 per annum (prorated on annual basis)

The Opportunity
Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play an important role in delivering engaging marketing communications and campaigns across a range of channels, both online and offline.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help coordinate events, create content, support digital marketing activity and ensure our brand and messaging remain consistent. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external suppliers and partners, helping turn technical projects and customer successes into compelling marketing materials.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and wants to develop their marketing skills in a growing engineering business.
