### Key Responsibilities:
- Break down whole venison carcasses into high-quality retail and wholesale cuts
- Operate processing equipment such as bandsaws, grinders, and vacuum sealers (training provided)
- Label, package, and prepare products for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring quality and consistency
- Reliable, motivated, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working in cold environments and standing for extended periods
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willing to learn and apply proper knife handling and food safety techniques
- Positive team player with a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in meat processing or food handling is a plus, but not required
- Salaried position with predictable, consistent income
