About the Role

Noon Energy, a Series A Ultra-long duration energy storage company that is developing novel solutions to solve the renewable energy intermittency problem, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO and executive team during a pivotal growth phase. This role will work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff and is instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting our leadership’s ability to drive strategic initiatives. As EA, you’ll bring structure, precision, and exceptional communication skills to a fast-moving environment, enabling leaders to focus on scaling Noon’s breakthrough energy technology.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring smooth coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prepare the CEO for all daily meetings by organizing logistics, updating agendas and materials, booking rooms, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external visits from candidates, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism and discretion, managing internal and external communications on their behalf.
  • Help manage the CEO’s inbox by identifying high-priority emails, tracking follow-ups, and flagging urgent items early and throughout the day.
  • Organize and manage recurring meetings such as company all-hands and cross-functional team syncs.
  • Oversee general office operations, including attendance tracking and preparations for team and visitor needs.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting Noon’s values and internal culture.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Help streamline internal processes and administrative systems.
  • Help coordinate office snacks, lunches and team birthday celebrations.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • Help plan team and executive events, including seasonal celebrations and offsite.
  • Help manage team “swag”!
  • Provide support to the Chief of Staff on ad hoc projects for Noon.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within a startup or scaling tech environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Calm under pressure, capable of managing multiple priorities with excellent judgment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
  • Experience and ease handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Comfortable working in a technical, mission-driven environment.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and reliability in interfacing with senior stakeholders.

Location

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, with a requirement to be in-office 5 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, depending on experience

Equity: Eligible for stock options

Health Coverage: Noon covers 90% of employee premiums and approximately 60% for dependents (medical, dental, and vision)

Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matching
