The Role

As a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist, this role will play a key role in advancing SIMPLi’s digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. They will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize paid and organic social media initiatives, oversee website and SEO projects, and manage e-commerce performance to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals, business objectives, and e-commerce growth targets for eatsimpli.com and Amazon.com.
  • Leverage market research to inform digital campaigns and tailor content and offers to optimize the customer journey and sales across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement an insights-led digital strategy to increase brand awareness, promote products, drive conversions, and boost sales on eatsimpli.com.
  • Oversee website content and SEO initiatives for eatsimpli.com, leading projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal user experience, conversion optimization, and consistency across all e-commerce channels.
  • Plan, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across all channels, analyzing performance data to improve efficiency, ROI, and website performance on eatsimpli.com.
  • Develop and execute an email marketing strategy, including automation, segmentation, and nurturing sequences, to enhance the customer acquisition journey and drive repeat sales on eatsimpli.com and through other e-commerce channels.
  • Own digital performance reporting for eatsimpli.com and e-commerce channels, analyzing campaign effectiveness through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain SIMPLi’s website CMS for eatsimpli.com and use Google Analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize digital traffic and user behavior.
  • Develop KPI targets for digital campaigns and e-commerce channels (e.g., total conversions, leads generated, engagements, and revenue) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners on digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests for various digital campaigns, focusing on optimizing the e-commerce experience and increasing online sales.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in paid digital media, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and e-commerce management, including Amazon and DTC
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Prior experience planning and coordinating internal events is a strong plus
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, website CMS, PPC, and CRO
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Philadelphia at least 3 days per week
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
