🌎 Quality Analyst – Remote from Lima

Are you a Quality leader with global vision and a passion for excellence in food?

Join our team and play a key role in building a resilient Quality Program that supports rapid growth across multiple food systems and categories for the U.S. market.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Approve suppliers (domestic and international).
• Authorize purchases (incoming containers/trucks – POs).
• Create and update product/raw material specifications.
• Support warehouse quality management and operations.
• Approve packaging and labeling artwork before printing.
• Manage complaints with suppliers and customers.
• Lead and support auditing, compliance, verification, and documentation activities with customers, co-packers, and supply chain partners.
• Maintain and update all internal FSQA programs (HACCP, GMPs, Sanitation, Approved Supplier Program, etc.).
• Assist with third-party audits (USDA Organic, Kosher, Fair for Life, GFSI, and others).

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English (written and spoken – mandatory).
• Degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, Food Microbiology, or related fields.
• PCQI certification required.
• Strong experience with FDA regulations, FSMA, and GFSI.
• Proven experience with edible oils (olive, avocado, sunflower).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally NetSuite).
• Ability to lead Quality programs in fast-growing environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to work remotely with international teams (operations, sales, innovation, regenerative agriculture).
