About the Role
We are an established commercial and industrial grounds maintenance provider serving the St. Louis and Metro East region. We are known for reliability, professionalism, and delivering high-quality results for large-scale commercial properties, campuses, and industrial sites.
This position plays a key role in expanding our footprint, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving long-term regional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high-value properties and decision-makers, create new opportunities, and secure contracts with a strong value proposition.
- Consistently meet — and strive to exceed — contact, outreach, and proposal activity goals.
- Develop tailored proposals, bids, and compelling presentations.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry groups, and professional associations.
- Partner closely with operations for a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with proactive follow-up and strong communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B outside sales, ideally in landscape services, property management, construction, facilities, or commercial services.
- A competitive, results-driven personality who thrives in a performance-based environment.
- Persuasive communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, adaptable, and confident — excels under pressure and adjusts quickly when priorities shift.
- A natural relationship-builder who easily earns trust and converts conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and takes ownership of achieving results.
- CRM experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
