This is more than just a client-facing job. It’s a chance to lead from the front and bring structure, speed, and trust to fast-moving landscape operations across the St. Louis Metro East region. You’ll be based at our Caseyville branch, embedded in the action—where decisions matter and results speak for themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial landscape clients
• Own the relationship: communicate directly, solve problems quickly, and follow through
• Ensure services are performed safely, professionally, and according to contract terms
• Conduct routine site audits and quality checks
• Collaborate with production and enhancement teams to resolve issues and plan next steps
• Document activity, service notes, and client communication in Aspire software
• Return calls within 24 hours and fully resolve client concerns
• Understand each site’s expectations, conditions, and long-term goals
• Propose enhancements and support budgets and renewals
• Participate in training and development activities to grow your leadership
• Be prepared to jump in and help crews when needed to support client satisfaction
• Maintain steady attention to detail, even during fast-paced or high-pressure situations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of client-facing operations experience; landscape, construction, or property service background is helpful but not required
• Strong communicator with a straightforward, accountable approach
• Self-directed and productive in a field-based role
• Comfortable working independently, but socially approachable when needed
• Able to juggle multiple issues, priorities, and deadlines without losing detail or quality
• Familiarity with Aspire or other CRM/work order tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed, including occasional weekends
