Responsibilities:
• Owns, develops and implements a global HR reporting mechanism and dashboard.
• Analyzes data related to human resources, compliance, Talent Management and resourcing initiatives to evaluate business strategy effectiveness that meet standardized reporting requirements.
• Gathers, coordinates and creates data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
• Supports US specific compliance reporting for EEO-1, VETS100, AAP and Internal Workers Compensation.
• Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Determines data collection gaps and recommends tracking efficiencies. Works closely with business leaders and human resources function to identify reporting opportunities to support business initiative effectiveness.
• Develops standard reports for our HRIS: Workday implementation and for the broader HR team.
• Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing needs. • Other duties as assigned.
Required skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant Reporting or Analytical experience.
