About the Role
We are seeking an Agency Reporting Associate to join the Agency Reporting Team at Stem. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing incentive reports for submission to utilities and renewable energy tracking systems, analyzing renewable energy generation data, and serving as a point of contact for customers throughout the reporting lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze renewable energy production data and submit accurate reports to utilities, government agencies, and renewable energy tracking systems in support of customer incentive programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily and monthly data submissions to all applicable agencies and tracking systems.
- Validate meter data for accuracy during initial project setup prior to the start of report submissions.
- Complete report configurations once the internal setup process is finalized and a site is ready to begin submitting reports.
- Regularly correspond with customers, EPCs, and system owners regarding new project setups and ongoing reporting needs.
- Document customer correspondence and approvals, particularly when communication occurs outside of the ticket/case tracking system.
Professional Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple agency platforms and databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across varying workload cycles throughout the month, quarter, and year.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment when making decisions that may directly affect customer incentives.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, including occasional weekend or holiday work when reporting deadlines fall outside standard business days (e.g., Cycle 1 reporting runs the 1st–5th of each month).
- Experience with PowerTrack is a plus.
- Experience with DBeaver or other SQL client applications is a plus.
