About SuperCircle
Supercircle is the AI-powered operating system for recovering value from billions of unsold and post-sale products across global retail. Brands lose $170B a year to returned, damaged, and excess inventory, and 60% of products and clothing are burned or landfilled within a year of manufacture date. We are unlocking waste as a value generator rather than a cost center, building a new reverse logistics economy for the world’s leading brands.
Our AI-powered platform is already the de facto partner for the enterprise market trusted by 100+ brands including J.Crew, VF Corp, GUESS, Reformation, FIGS and Parachute, and has already orchestrated the diversion of 12M+ products from t-shirts to basketballs from landfill while returning $50M+ to our partners' P&Ls.
Supercircle is a leading venture backed company in NYC that has raised $40M+ to date from top VCs, including a $24M Series A led by Foundry in 2025 and continuing to grow even faster as we move towards our next round.
Led by multi-time co-founders in tech, retail, fashion, and supply chain, Supercircle’s stacked team includes one of the former founders at Gilt Groupe and operators from companies including Flexport, eBay, Equinox, Gap, The RealReal, Afterpay, Meta and Google.
We are building the rails for an industry that has, until now, run on spreadsheets and pallets — and we're just getting started on the $170B+ in unmanaged inventory and unrecovered value sitting on brands' balance sheets.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Brand Partner Director to drive the success and expansion of SuperCircle’s partnerships with some of the world’s most innovative brands. You’ll manage a portfolio of SuperCircle’s most strategic brand partnerships, owning their overall health, performance, and growth across SuperCircle’s platform and solutions. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll engage with stakeholders across retail and supply chain functions, helping clients realize the economic upside and sustainability impact of circularity.
This is a high-impact role reporting to the SVP of Customer Strategy. You’ll own executive relationships, ensure successful program execution, proactively identify risks and opportunities, guide clients to unlock measurable P&L impact, expand adoption of new solutions, and deliver commercial revenue growth that drives SuperCircle’s revenue goals. You are fluent in supply chain and comfortable operating across logistics, data, sustainability, and merchandising. You bring a proven ability to grow complex enterprise partnerships, driving commercial outcomes and cross-functional execution while operating with the agility required in a fast-scaling environment.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You’ll act as the strategic owner of some of SuperCircle’s most important customer relationships, helping brands embed circularity into their core business strategies while uncovering new revenue streams and cost savings.
- You’ll manage executive-level relationships, connecting program impact directly to brand priorities like financial performance, customer engagement, and ESG leadership.
- You’ll help shape SuperCircle’s go-to-market and account growth strategies, building scalable revenue playbooks and best practices for enterprise and mid-market partners alike.
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations, turning customer insight into innovation and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Drive Brand Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Serve as the commercial and strategic lead for your portfolio, accountable for retention, expansion, and delivery of annual revenue and platform adoption targets.
- Develop and execute revenue- and usage-based growth plans across your portfolio, identifying whitespace and leading upsell, cross-sell, and new program pilots spanning recycling, resale, donation, and Duty Drawback.
- Maintain a forward-looking account plan for each partner covering current revenue, revenue at risk, committed expansion, identified upside and whitespace, key stakeholders, and the actions required to achieve annual growth targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, organizational priorities, and evolving needs, using that context to anticipate risks and identify expansion opportunities before they become formal client asks.
- Lead executive-level engagements across sustainability, operations, logistics, finance, and merchandising to align SuperCircle’s programs with brand-wide business priorities, positioning SuperCircle as a long-term growth partner embedded within client organizations.
- Own revenue forecasting and pipeline planning, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with company-wide growth goals.
- Co-develop long-term growth roadmaps with client and internal executives to scale circularity solutions across multiple business units and regions.
Account Health & Strategic Ownership
- Own the overall health of a portfolio of SuperCircle’s key brand partnerships across commercial performance, operational execution, client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Establish and maintain a clear operating cadence for each account, including program KPIs, open issues, client commitments, internal dependencies, risks, and next actions.
- Proactively identify emerging risks, performance gaps, and unresolved commitments before they become client escalations, and drive them through resolution.
- Own overall account performance, ensuring delivery against contractual scope, KPIs, and commercial targets.
- Serve as the primary strategic owner of the client relationship, coordinating across client stakeholders and SuperCircle teams to ensure programs perform as expected and commitments are delivered.
- Run quarterly and annual business reviews and strategic planning sessions anchored in data-driven insights and commercial storytelling.
- Proactively identify emerging client needs and whitespace opportunities, driving continuous value creation through new initiatives and expanded solution adoption.
Executive Relationships & Account Intelligence
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, developing champions across executive, operational, financial, sustainability, and functional teams and reducing reliance on any single stakeholder.
- Maintain a current understanding of changes within each client’s business, including leadership, organizational priorities, financial pressures, strategic initiatives, and other developments that could create risk or opportunity for the partnership.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Translate client requirements and commitments into clear internal operating plans, ensuring relevant teams understand what has been promised, by when, and how success will be measured.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders to bring forward client needs and co-develop solutions for existing accounts, ensuring seamless integration with new business efforts.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring evolving client needs shape product development, data insights, and operational execution.
- Drive cross-functional resolution of operational issues and client escalations with clarity, urgency, and accountability, maintaining ownership and follow-through until issues are closed.
Process & Systems Excellence
- Maintain accurate forecasts, renewal calendars, and account plans, contributing to a repeatable and scalable account growth framework.
- Maintain disciplined account documentation, including key commitments, decisions, risks, opportunities, and follow-ups, so that important customer context translates into action.
- Help design scalable processes, systems, and playbooks that enable the Brand Partnerships team to drive consistent account health and revenue impact across accounts.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, commercial operations, or similar enterprise-facing roles within retail, SaaS, supply chain, or sustainability, with a focus on enterprise partnerships and direct revenue ownership.
- Proven ability to grow and scale enterprise partnerships, leading multi-million-dollar accounts and driving both commercial expansion and successful execution across cross-functional teams.
- Sales and revenue mindset, oriented toward expansion, retention, and usage growth, with a track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to forecast revenue, interpret usage and performance data, and connect program performance to P&L impact and strategic growth opportunities.
- Strong operator, comfortable getting into the details of complex programs, diagnosing where execution is breaking down, establishing clear ownership, and driving issues through resolution without losing sight of the broader commercial relationship.
- High ownership orientation: you don’t wait for clients or internal teams to surface problems; you actively seek out gaps, unresolved commitments, risks, and opportunities to improve account performance.
- Excellent communicator with executive presence, confident running business reviews, leading negotiations, and engaging senior stakeholders across functions.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with supply chain innovation, reverse logistics, resale, duty drawback, or inventory liquidation.
- Experience using CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Looker, or similar).
