What You'll Do

We are seeking a Boston‑area MBA student with strong interest in venture capital, fundraising, and early‑stage startups. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the full investor diligence process and is ideal for someone involved in a VC, PE, or entrepreneurship club.

The intern will support the CEO and co‑founders during active fundraising by preparing investor materials, joining diligence calls, tracking follow‑ups, and helping maintain our data room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all investor diligence calls and track key questions, themes, and investor reactions

  • Research investors and prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings

  • Take structured notes during calls and assess meeting quality based on engagement and signals

  • Generate post‑call summaries and action items

  • Update due‑diligence materials, including FAQs, spreadsheets, and data‑room documents

  • Draft follow‑up messages and coordinate next steps with investors

  • Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with new investors

  • Support general fundraising operations as needed

  • Work will include other high-priority projects in addition to fundraising.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current MBA student at Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Babson, BU, or another Boston‑area program

  • Member of a VC, PE, investment, or entrepreneurship club

  • Familiarity with venture capital, startup fundraising, and investor diligence

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information

  • Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus
