About Xplorobot:
Xplorobot is harnessing computer vision and industrial AI combined with its industry-leading Laser Gas Imaging technology to transform emissions monitoring and inspection for underserved industrial infrastructure. Xplorobot’s imager was the first handheld methane detection device approved by the EPA as an Alternative Test Method and has demonstrated the highest performance of any methane quantification handheld tested at METEC. Unlike legacy OGI systems, Xplorobot’s solution is easy to use, cost-effective and scalable, enabling real-time, component-level detection without the need for certified technicians – it combines remote methane detection, emissions quantification, and visual plume localization in a single handheld platform, enabling field teams to identify and prioritize emissions quickly and safely from a distance. With full compliance across EPA OOOOa/b/c, Subpart W, EU regulations, and OGMP 2.0, Xplorobot is setting a new industry benchmark for emissions management – from LDAR in oil & gas, to gas distribution leak survey, to landfill and biogas applications.
